Hotel is in a great location if you are flying out of Venice Airport. Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. We arrived by train from Padova. The hotel is on a local train line just 20 minutes (3 stops) from the Venice Mestre station. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station.
Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the hotel rooms and carpeted hall ways are absolutely due for a significant updating. The room was clean but the bath was showing it's age. The hall carpets should have been replaced last year.
