「Es lindo el hotel pero les falta limpiar los baños compartidos pongan ambiental o algo…. En las habitaciones de cilindros en 4 días nunca me cambiaron ni las sabanas… no se si no lo hacen o hay que pedir el hotel hermoso… la limpieza les falta mucho que desear 」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff contacted my airline company regarding my delayed baggage instead of me. Services were nice, such as clean sheets everyday. They stored my luggage during inca treks. I love so cute living room with confortable sofas and coca tea.」

「The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area.
