"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

"I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! "This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. I called the manager and he said he was out running errands and he be back in 10 minutes. Will those 10 minutes turn into 45 minutes. It...

"The shower was good. Do nog expect much as they provide the most basic necessities. Have to request for towels, hot water if needed one. There was no heater in the room!"

"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."
