"Limited dining to only whatever dish they are serving and the times they serve. No options. No hot water in the cabins for shower. They tried to put us in a group to do all the same excursions as a group. We opted out of the excursions, which all cost extra. Wanted to relax by the pool but cool weather settled in for a few days. Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service. "
