"We loved our time at the Hotel Lincoln and come here a couple of times per year. Special shout out to all of the dedicated staff. One note of concern is that they have remodeled the top few floors and the new decor is not nearly as attractive. The remodeled suites look very stark, bland and generic, more like an office building. They are missing the warm, artsy and unique look we fell in love with from the time we first stepped into the lobby. Some people might like the new look but my family and I hope they at least keep a few of the floors in the old style so people have a choice because we would hate to have to find a new hotel for our regular Chicago visits! "

"Nice location. Plenty of cafes and grocery stores withing walking distance. Bus lines a block or so away to go downtown or uptown cheaply. "

"The staff was extremely helpful for early check-in and holding my luggage until check-in. The room was very comfortable, nice bed for an overnight stay. Close to the train and concert venue, The Vic. Would definitely stay there again. Solo female traveler. "

"Hotel was being renovated and was terrible. Stayed on 4th floor and elevator was also broken. Half of the floor was closed off with workers and large boxes in the hall. Dead bugs were on the ceiling. We want a refund for our stay."
