"A beautifully decorated and comfortable house for 9 of us to have gathered to celebrate our 50th college reunion. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for 9 people to shower, plenty of space and beautiful furnishings. The property manager responded promptly to all our questions. Accessing the property via the codes and instructions for the smart locks was extremely challenging and it took us well over 2 hours(many new codes, many phone calls, texts and videos to manager and we finally got in for an early check in, 3 hours later. The good news was that the 25 early check in fee was refunded back. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property."

"Stunning property. Spacious and modern in a classic house in a charming neighborhood. Fantastic location — close to bars and restaurants- many walkable. This is a new property- so there are not a lot of reviews. But if you need to stay in buffalo— this is your place!!!"

"The living room is large and nicely decorated and each bedroom had a large closet but there was no place for anything that couldn’t be hung up. There weren’t any dressers or tables in the primary room to put anything on. There was only 2 tiny bedside tables and the lamps took up 80% of its surface. The front bedroom had adequate bedside tables and a very small round table.The kitchen was nice and clean but we were unable to get the refrigerator ice maker to work. We contacted the emergency number and after 2 days were told they did notknow anything about ice makers and it would take a week to get a repair man. Finally our grand daughter was in a hurry to leave and left her favorite stuffed animal on the bed. We notified the manager and told him how upset she was. He just sent a note that said the cleaning people didn't put it aside. He didn't go out of his way to ask them what they did with it or offer any sympathy. This is a nice 4 star property but poorly managed."

"I am from Buffalo and my family, and I were in town for a memorial service for my uncle. We were also celebrating the amazing person he was, and life led. The house reminded us of the house where we grew up, so it was perfect. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable, convenient and the communication with the host was fantastic! Thanks for your great hospitality!"
