"フロントで上手に日本語を話すスタッフがいて助かりました。ハンドシャワーを使いたかったのに切り替えボタンが壊れていて使えなかったのが残念でしたが客室が広くて使いやすかったので総じて満足です。"

"Even though the flight was delayed by 2 hours and the arrival was around 24 o'clock, I can only thank you very much for changing the pick-up and receiving me warmly. The room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of three to travel. The plumbing facilities were good, and there were no problems with the toilet or shower. There were so many amenities such as shampoo that I couldn't use them all. I was very satisfied that coffee, juice, beer, and snacks were provided free of charge. The breakfast buffet was varied, including ham, cheese, croissant, yogurt, fruit, eggs, etc., and the quantity and quality were substantial, and the cost performance was the best. If I visit Rome again, I would like to stay again, and I would like to introduce it to my friends. I would like to thank everyone for the hotel reception, the staff at the breakfast venue, and the cleaning staff."

"まず立地がいい。ホテル周辺にレストラン等がいっぱいあるので困らないし、どこにでも歩いて行ける。地下鉄、バスも利用勝手がいい。 朝食は毎日同じだが、イタリアにしては種類が豊富。部屋も毎日、綺麗にしてくれた。当たり前の事なのかも知れないが、イタリアなのに、きちんとしているな〜と思った。またローマに行ったらこのホテルを選ぶと思う。"
