"A wonderful treasure in the city. Close to restaurants, markets and landmarks. Room was spotless and faced the inner courtyard, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower took some time to figure out as it alternated between freezing and scalding but you need to not have it at full pressure. After that it was fine. Great buffet breakfast with a wide range of options!! Also enjoyed their happy hour in the centre courtyard. Laundry service really quick. Had a hard time reaching the hotel (both thru Expedia and directly thru email) for a ride from the airport. Not an issue in the end as we went to the taxi counter at the airport and hired a cab for dirt cheap. You’ll need to exchange your currency for kips at the airport first - much much cheaper to pay for everything in kips than USD or euros. Btw - tips are welcome and much appreciated in this country. "

"Great place to stay! Staff were very helpful, room spacious and comfortable with lovely hot showers. A variety of traditional and western food available for breakfast. Good location, easy walking distance to restaurants and markets as well as central bus stop. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Everything work shower. The air conditioning bed was made every day clean towels were always put in my room. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The breakfast staff was the best. The food quality was outstanding. The receiving staff were tremendously excellent and the little boss lady who handled the financial exchanges was very accommodating, kind, and understanding I’ve been here three times and looking forward to my fourth fifth and so long a big shout out to the front desk clerk on HAN and the chef my name is Rodney and I had a great time."

The courtyard and pool are stunning, and most rooms come with big balconies overlooking the peaceful setting. Evenings are a treat too—their drink menu is surprisingly sophisticated for Laos and makes winding down after a day of exploring even better."
