「My stay at Intercity Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and suitable for both business and leisure travel. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to access , dining, and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall hotel offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit.」

「Booked a room with hot tub, given a room with no hot tub at first. Told the receptionist and given a room with a hot tub that is not working. No refunds and nothing extra given. Water heater not working 90% of the time and water boiler is so dirty. 」

「I found I couldn't use WIFI in the room, I asked a staff to repair, but it didn't work. Then I asked for a room change, but the staff made me waiting for 90 minutes. Too bad!」

「The location is convenient. The staff's hospitality is excellent! Highly recommended!」
