"Rooms were okay. Power went out several times. The nicest part is the cafe, has great food. WiFi is spotty and not the fastest. Room service is promptly there daily. They don’t respect Expedia platinum VIP status so you won’t be offered any upgrades or special treatment"

"This hotel was amazing. From first stepping out of the cab all the way until I departed. The hotel is clean and spotless, all the staff friendly and attentive, and the rooms comfortable. I’m a Hilton fan and this hotel exceeded my expectations. They even had a warm cookie and lovely cup of tea to greet me upon my arrival."
