「Look up this location before booking. Neighbor is as bad as it can get. In the description it states mixed neighborhood. I walked in and 10 minutes later walked out. Had booked the place for 2 weeks and only stayed 10 minutes. Smelled like urine, and all the stains in the living room couch was awful to look at. "フロントの方も感じよく、空港までは無料のバスが便利でマンハッタンの街に出るのもそこまで大変な訳ではない（夜空港から行く方方はまわりにお店ないので、ホテルにも多少売ってましたが何かしらお菓子やご飯必要な方は、買って行くか食べて行くことをおすすめ）ので料金も高くなくメニュー変わる朝食付いて、温かいコーヒー等がいつでもいただけるのも大変助かりました。ただ、部屋にたまたまかとても小さなパッと見ゴキブリみたいなのを数匹を見付けてしまい、、部屋からは景色もきれいできれいに管理もされていたとの印象ですが、その点だけが気になってしまいました。"
