"Cottage as described. Adequate kitchenette with dorm sized fridge. There was not laundry facilities in the unit at the time of our stay. I had confirmed with VRBO prior to booking that there was laundry and was confirmed that it did. Please note that the bed has to be accessed from the bottom of the mattress as there is no room on either side to approach it. When I looked at the pictures on the site it did reflect this, so that was my error in realizing this. Other than the laundry situation, thought the cottage was clean and as described, and appreciated the dog friendly yard. Management responded very quickly to my query about the lack of laundry and I was very pleased and appreciated their solution! I would recommend the cottage to the agile due to the bed access!"

"What a great little spot with awesome beach access! We stayed here with our pups and it was perfect! We would love to return. We even were allowed to check in early!"

"Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect. The space is very open, as shown in the listing. Our toddler slept in a pack n play and I was glad to have brought a slumberpod to help it be dark enough for him at nap time. Great place to stay! Just be aware of the open layout."
