Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.

Un peu de moisissures au plafond dans un coin de la chambre, chambre assez petite et mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Il fait froid la climatisation réversible fait un bruit d’enfer mais heureusement des chauffages d’appoint sont présent dans la chambre. Sinon lit comfortable. Petit déjeuner moyen, le chocolat chaud est très dilué, les oeufs sont bien, le pain en tranches est dur. Sinon il y a plutôt beaucoup de choix.

Petit dej correct et personnel agréable mais la chambre et le linge n'étaient pas en bon état, le lit double était en réalité 2 lits simple collés et l'insonorisation dans l'hôtel et vers l'extérieur était déplorable, les draps ainsi que les serviettes étaient tâchés/troués et le lit était poussiéreux. Le rideau de la chambre n'était pas en bon état et laissait passer la lumière. Je ne recommande pas pour passer un nuit/matinée reposante..

La amabilidad del personal fue muy buena. Excelente servicio de desayuno y atendieron nuestras solicitudes siempre. Al arribo la habitación olía a cigarrillo y la arreglaron, a nuestro regreso al final del día ya no se sentía ningún olor. La ubicación espectacular, la estación del metro queda justo diagonal al hotel a pocos pasos

Estadia boa, hotel fica próximo a estação do trem, metrô. Há um centro comercial próximo ao hotel com opções para refeições. De metrô está próximo ao Parque da Disney de Paris.

La habitacion muy bien. En el desayuno buffet un domingo con mesas llenas y cuandobquedan 40 minutos para terminar, no había alimentos, panes, bebidas, vasos, cubiertos, nada ... y lo que dacarln fueron una botella de zumo que em 3 vasos se terminó, algo de pan y poco mas. Muy mal gestionado.

Ibis dans le même bâtiment que le au novotel mais bien en dessous prestations. Pas de parking. Ascenseur en panne. Pas de petit déjeuner disponible alors que cmris dans le prix.... Chambre vétuste. Il manquait une dalle au plafond. Bref à fuir

Bon séjour pour 4 nuits.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité RER A et car. Personnel accueillant, la bouilloire dans le hall depanne bien, chambre 505 calme, petit déjeuné correcte. Le presse orange est à changer er j'aime bien les oeufs brouillés baecon. Manque un frigo dans la chambre.

Spesielt sentralt beliggende budsjetthotell rett på togstasjon med enkel tilgang til Paris sentrum og Disneyland, Metro og busser. Stort kjøpesenter med godt utvalg av mat et steinkast unna. Bra renhold og spesielt bra frokostservering ut i fra pris. Vi bodde her hele 6 netter og var veldig fornøyde.

Frustrant et innacceptable

J'ai déjà envoyé un avis mais je voudrai ici compléter. Ce sejour a été un des plus frustrants de mes sejours à Paris et dans la région. J'ai d'ailleurs envoyé au directeur de l'établissement pour lequel j'attends tjrs une réponse de sa part. Je tiens à préciser que le personel a été comprehensif et a pu constater les faits. Je voudrais vous envoyer une copie de ce mail dans lequel je demande excuses et compensation. Cet etablissement ne mérite pas un 3 etoile. Dites moi comment vous faire parvenir ce courrier très factuel. En tant que client fidèle de la chaine Accor et d'hotel.com, je demande, vu les circonstances un remboursement tout ou partie des frais de sejour dans cet établissement. Personnel pas concerné et pas motivé. Aucun accueil, nous dérangeons clairement... Clim non fonctionnelle dans les chambres. Sac Burgerking encore dans la chambre, détritus par terre menage fait tres rapidement... séjour vraiment a éviter

Payer une nuit 120 euros pour un hôtel en cours de travaux et sans clim... plus jamais. Beurre périmé de 2 mois au petit dej et impossible d'obtenir sur place ma facture ni par mail le lendemain au téléphone. A fuir.
