Very close to the metro system which was a big bonus for me. Lots of dining and shopping nearby, very good area. Front desk let me check in early after arriving on a morning flight which was wonderful. Rooms were in good shape, all we needed was a place to stay at night and this one was perfect for us.

The Hotel is in the middle of Le Marais, however my room was really quiet. Check in/out was easy, staff very friendly. When the room was ready my backpack was already there. They are probably only classified as a two star hotel because there is no lift and the breakfast area is relatively small. If you don’t mind walking stairs it’s perfect

Good for a home base

I thought the hotel was decent for the price. I knew going into it I wasn’t booking for ambiance, I was booking for location. I was in the center of everything so it was perfect. We used the hotel room for sleeping only, and there was air conditioning and it was quiet.

Very nice and helpful staff. Well situated in La Marais and convenient to lots of shopping, sightseeing and transportation. The hotel does not have a lift / elevator which means climbing lots of stairs to and from the rooms

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at D'Win. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. The rooms were small, but perfect for our needs. The location was perfect. Notre Dame and the Louvre, for example, were within walking distance. I would've given D'Win a 5, but they didn't reply to any of my messages leading up to my trip. Customer service was great at the hotel, but I was really disappointed that no one responded to my communication via Expedia and also the hotel's own pre-check-in form. Would I stay here again? 100%

There are no elevators. Had to carry several heavy bags up 55 uneven stairs that were covered with painters' cloth. Breakfast supplies were not kept stocked—very cramped eating area. The hotel room was clean and centrally located.

Construction noise through the day, followed up by early morning banging and noise, around 1am each night on the 1st floor. Couldn't tell if it was a staff member or construction. A/C broken for a day or so. Great location, but hotel conditions leave a lot to be desired. They should have offered guests a free breakfast or something of the like.

The front desk personnel was super friendly and service-minded. The room was really small, with not very nice-looking decor. But fine for a one-night stay, and the location is really central with just three minutes walk to Hotel de Ville and right behind Centre Pompidou.

Great Value, Clean, Convenient, Helpful Staff

This is a hidden gem . . . comfortable, clean, safe accommodations a one minute walk from a Metro stop with staff available 24/7 (bilingual). Bed was comfortable and street view was appreciated. The kind Asian woman who checked me in gave me a free room upgrade without my even asking! Room was very quiet despite being on a traversed street. Luggage storage was offered for free after checkout, greatly appreciated as times do not always line up. I would stay here again and recommend D'win to others with just one caveat--there is no lift/elevator, only stairs. That did not bother me at all but if one has mobility issues, that could be an issue.

Nice relaxing stay with helpful staff

Had a wonderful stay at this small and centrally located hotel. Everything is walking distance. Best of all the staff is very helpful, friendly and always going the extra mile to make the guests comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and surely visit again!

I am 160 cm tall and weight 55 kg but the bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower stall was so tiny that I kept hitting my elbow on the water control turning it off or moving it to the wrong temperature. The shower curtain smelled like old urine and mold, and didn’t even reach to the floor. The carpeting was in the worst condition that I’ve ever seen in any hotel. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and thank goodness they had air conditioning. It was walkable to Notre Dame Cathedral. I would not stay here again though especially given the high price.

This hotel is in a good and convenient location. Easily walkable and close to the Metro. Staffs are kind and polite. The only thing I want to comment on is that there is no elevator in this hotel. It’s a lot of steps to take when you have big luggages. Other than that this hotel is okay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the D’win. We had two rooms in the property and they put us next to each other. The rooms were quiet no noise from the street….it is in the middle of a bustling area. The location is fabulous and so close to the Metro Hotel de Ville and a short walk from Metro Chaléte, so close to transport for getting around Paris if you don’t want to walk everywhere. This is a two star Parisian hotel so do not be expecting large rooms or immaculate decor, it does have however lots of charm, helpful staff and is so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again when.we return for another trip.
