One night stay was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Local bakery was incredibly delicious! Close proximity to metro and Gare Saint Lazare. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator, and hot water for tea and coffee. Would stay again.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, it is a short walk to the metro or bus and lots of dining and shopping in the area. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Paris.

This is lovely older hotel in a neighborhood with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants close by. My room was on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. It opened onto an interior courtyard, so no street noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in heart of Paris

Conveniently located in the heart of the Paris shopping belt. 5 minutes walk to Lafayette and 10-15 minutes walk to the boutiques located along saint honore. There are 3 metro stations nearby the hotel that allows easy travel around the city. Of the the nearest station, Auber, takes you directly to La Vallee outlet and disneyland. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. And importably the hotel has a lift. I think it’s good value for the price.

Great location, and great staff. I found the night staff particularly willing to be helpful. Not always a common occurrence in Paris. The air conditioning in the unit was not working, but as it was not summertime so windows were enough to remove the stale air. Bathrooms were of surprising quality for the price.

It was in a great area for shopping but a little farther than we usually stay. The hotel was very clean and nice, and the area felt very safe. Because I was in a single room, there was no choice of a room facing the street which I love. My window opened to an inner courtyard. I would have liked the choice of deciding to have a view or no view. All in all, I loved the hotel and staff.

他の方も口コミされていましたが、チェックインの時に日本語を話せるスタッフさんがいます。館内の説明や事前に荷物を預かってくださること等、日本語と少しの英語で説明してくださり、とても安心できました。 大通りからの少し路地に入ったところにあるホテルなので静かに過ごすことができました。 私はユーロスターでロンドンから到着、シャルル・ド・ゴール空港から出発のため、どちらへのアクセスが便利な場所です。 またパリでの滞在はこちらのホテルにしたいです。

Une chambre pas digne d'un hotel 4*

L'hôtel est peut-être bien, en général. Mais je n'ai pas pu le vérifier car on m'a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement dans le hall. On y entendait les clients qui rentrent tard, les poubelles qui sont sorties à 4h30. Sa fenêtre donnait sur une courette qui est éclairée toute la nuit et , pas de chance, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. Donc il y fait jour toute la nuit. L'hôtel 4 etoiles est peut-être bien, en général, mais quand on a une chambre comme celle là, on ne la propose pas aux clients. Moi, je n'y retournerai pas.

Stayed for 1 night on my own. The main thing for this class of hotel is cleanliness, and the Queen Mary was perfectly clean and all in very good condition. It's not a 5* luxury venue where you will enjoy hanging out in the room but you're not paying for that. a good little hotel for a short stay.
