Nice hotel, close to shops and restaurants!!! The Hotel was cold, I told the receptionist but he said that did not have heat….the bathroom did not have a proper shower, it was a bath tub with a shower head that you needed to hold in one hand in order to take a shower…

Do not recommend

Bathroom was moldy!! Could not use hair dryer because it was covered in mold! Wish I took pictures. Lights over bed did not work. Bed was clean, no bedbugs. Location was good.

Area was great for transportation options. As it is close to a train station there are a lot of food places to pick from at a walking distance. Breakfast could have been more varied. Croissants and bread were great. Staff were nice and helpful. Bathrooms could use some updates. Elevator worked well. Our stay was pleasant.

Steps away to Saint Lazare train station. If you like to go to Saint Michel Abbeyy and other Normandy day trips it is very convenient. Walking distance to shopping center and Big Bus tour, nice for sight seeing for the entire Paris tourist spots.

The staff were helpful and very quick to help. Room was basic, looked a bit run down and there were some bits that clearly needed replacing, but didn’t affect my stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is a train station very close but the noise didn’t bother us at all. Location is good, close to supermarket and short walk to metro. Overall a very pleasant stay

To be fair it’s a bit shabby, dated and stained wallpaper, water tepid at best. But the room and bathroom I had was a good size. However the location is perfect, the room was clean and pretty quiet on at night. Also reasonably priced

I didn’t like it ,because it smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in the room prior to our stay , the carpet felt gross as if hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, no refrigerator, our room was located at the end of a tiny hallway that looked straight out of horror movie. The only benefits that I could take out of our stay is the price was good for a last minute stay and for the locations where the hotel is at,

The staff was very friendly. When asked, they even helped with information about shopping for specific stuff. 10 minutes were left for breakfast time to close; but they had already closed. However, when I asked the lady at the reception if I could at least have something because I had actually payed for the breakfast the day before, she called the chef and they let me go have breakfast, the chef brought out more food for me and was very friendly and nice. Make sure that if you need a room with a/c, to tick the a/c box when booking, because it was my mistake that I booked a room without a/c. I only found and killed one mosquito; but I did see in the carpeted walls about 8 already dead mosquitoes. The rooms were very clean, good beddings, clean towels, nice and clean bathroom. You had the option to open the windows and cover them with the curtains. They even let me check in before my check in time because the room was already available.

I booked 2 rooms with this hotel for one night. This property has no air condition, rooms are small, and the bathrooms are tiny and very dirty. Stains all over the rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Pluses: Great staff- absolutely wonderful, gray maids- very clean, location convenient for walking, shopping, public transport, etc. Room size was on par with the price. Elevator was a plus. Minuses: Room was subpar- no A/C was expected, but there was not even a fan. The only window in the entire room was facing a courtyard surrounded on all sides by tall buildings so there was no option for airflow. Woke up every night because of excessive heat. 1 fan would have made all the difference.
