The Suite Pinel is a 40 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people, every detail has been thought out to offer an unparalleled stay experience, combining design and comfort.
The Pinel suite is arranged as follows:
- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy master bedroom with double bed
- 1 modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.
- 1 WC in bathroom

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.
However, if you are due to arrive after 11pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.
Please note that after 11 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.
Located near Place d'Italie in the 13th arrondissement, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The district in which it is located is one of the most prestigious in Paris, with numerous upscale shops, restaurants and attractions.
Place d'Italie: 7 minutes on foot
Bercy: 14 minutes by metro.
Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be in the immediate vicinity of Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.
Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
