Breakfast looked good but tasted stale. 5 eur for a freddo cappuccino or else stick to the instant coffee from machine. Hotel presents lovely but rooms need a good scrub and dusting. Saw bugs in bungalow room. As well they need to install fixtures properly and make proper repairs as needed.

Excellent. We are very satisfied guests. Highly recommended hotel when you visit Athens. Staff are super nice and goes above and beyond. One of the best hotel stay experience. Very clean, convenient, comfortable, and offers the best dining experience overlooking at the Parthenon.

Amazing location. Near great restaurants, shops and the beach. Very clean, great pool, breakfast and overall amenities. Staff was incredible. Very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

There are many excellent things about the Modernist Athens: design (clean-cut black and white), transport and location (walkable to the major sites/museums and also two minutes from a Metro stop and bus lines that can take you straight into the centre and to the airport), great breakfast (both cooked options and good buffet variety), rooftop bar (with a view of the Acropolis), and free daily wine tastings and Pilates/yoga sessions. But the best thing: the staff. Welcoming, gracious, good humoured and attentive without overdoing it. Perfect.
