「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「Very nice, clean and safe hotel. One of the few options in Bayamon and therefore very convenient. The breakfast is definitely a plus, although eating options are conveniently located nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their staff is where this facility shines above many others. They were, without exception, helpful, cheerful and eager to be of assistance.」

It was a great experience. Personal was very helpful and the site is very clean and the room as well 10/10」

「Room clean, some imperfections. Shower water doesn’t really get hot. More on the warm side. Didn’t have an iron but a steamer instead. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay at. In the mix of everything」

「The hotel has a great location, with everything nearby and the airport only about 10–13 minutes away. However, the rooms could use some improvements, and the amenities could be better. When we arrived, the rooms had a musty smell, but the issue was later resolved. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests.」

「Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Food was great - better at the pool. Courtyard needs some work to make it more appealing.」

「The hotel is in a perfect location at the entrance to Old San Juan. And it literally has the chatGP best restaurant in OLD San Juan. We had dinner there 2 of our 3 nights Mar y Rosa. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Absolutely loved it」
