Booking Guest/Responsible Party:
The booking guest (responsible party) must be at least 25 years old and is required to provide their full name, address, phone number, email, and valid photo ID before arrival. Self-check-in details will only be shared once this information is received at least 24 hours before check-in.
The booking guest (responsible party) must acknowledge that they are legally responsible for ensuring all occupants comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing the use and occupancy of the short-term rental property during their stay.
A minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 days is required. The maximum number of overnight guests is four (4), and daytime visitors may not exceed eight (8) at any time.
Noise Ordinance
The booking guest and all members of the group must comply with the City of Palm Desert’s noise ordinances and are expected to always respect the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of neighboring residents. The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems, and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 PM and 10 AM.
Parking:
There is enough parking for 2 vehicles on the property. One can be parked in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day. NO overnight parking on the street is allowed. Vehicles may be fined and/or towed.
Trash Day is Monday. Please place all waste and recycling in the proper containers for pickup. Containers are not to be stored out of sight of the public’s view.
Landscaping:
The HOA will take care of the front of the property on Thursday.
Pool:
The closest pool/spa is a 2-minute walk from the property. The pool is available 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Do we allow pets?
Yes! We welcome your furbabies! A $75 fee is assessed per reservation per pet. Additional fees may apply for longer stays.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We’re happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out based on availability. If you would like to extend your stay on either end, just let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested time.
Is the property located on a golf course?
This home is located on a golf course. While guests are welcome to enjoy the scenic views and watch golfers from the property, there is a chance that an occasional errant golf ball may land on or near the premises. Guests acknowledge that the host is not liable for any injuries or property damage caused by such incidents
Guests have full access to the property and all resort amenities, including pools, tennis, and pickleball courts, except for the locked storage cabinets in the garage.
The main entrance to the community is located at 77-333 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211. All guests driving a vehicle must be registered for community entry. Please provide the full names of all drivers at least 24 hours before arrival. Upon arrival, check in at the security gate for access.
