「Just finished a great week in Palm Desert, and this property met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way. First of all, our biggest source of anxiety about the property was the second story but the front staircase was not a big deal and more importantly the back patio was wonderful in terms of providing a nice quiet and shady spot for our breakfast and coffee. 「I stayed here for three weeks with my partner. Overall our experience staying here was great. A good middle point in between our two families and a place to come back together instead of staying separately. Check-in was no problem and the ability to use the amenities was great! The house is stocked with anything you think you’d need and more. Felt very clean and cozy. 」

「It’s a lovely development with all the amenities of a resort. The unit was clean, safe and fully stocked. We would have preferred the second floor unit (which we requested) because we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around. The manager checked in with us by text every day to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, very nice. 」

「Worst experience. A few days before our trip the host canceled us via messages. It being coachella weekend, we had to scramble and find a different property. Our reservation was never considered "cancelled" on Vrbo and was still listed as a "booked" reservation. Hence why I am able to write this review. Technically if the reservation is canceled on Vrbo, we would have been notified via email AND guests aren't prompted to write a review. I myself am a short term rental host and know the back end...

「The room and property were beautiful and exceptionally clean and upkept. The issue I had was at check-in. The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for.
