「The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy...

「Host was very responsive. Property was beautiful but cleanliness was not as expected. Upstairs air quality was not great and felt very humid. As soon as we walked in there was a dead roach, and during the night found another on the wall and when trying to capture a lizard in the upstairs room noticed other dead insects behind the bed and mold and moisture in the windows and sliding doors. Glass on doors was also cracked, the downstairs bedroom sliding door also appeared to have a gunshot.」

「Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. 」

「We had a great stay in the Amalfi Cottage and would definitely not hesitate to stay again. Thalia was great at responding to any concerns we had which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you want to to cook at home and you’re not far from Delray Beach or West Palm if you want to eat out.」

「Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...

「Debi is great! Debi was there in constant contact with me since there was an issue with booking at first. Clean and had enough beds for my team that was completing a Commercial HVAC Project. Would recommend highly !」
