The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff Rafael. Checkin was seamless. He was very responsive, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was clean and organized, thankfully quiet at the time. The street was filled w people, walkable to laundarymat , bodega, minimarts and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the apartment. Water, coffee complimentary. Fully equiped kitchen. We were very happy and will stay again. Excelent service honestly.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi.
