"Motel has aged since the photos. Rooms were pretty basic but clean. Off the beaten path so there was not a lot around. We walked 15 minutes to 7-11 and that was our dinner. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful. I love her energy. Feel safe, we parked in the gated resort compound. The location is very convenient to the historical site and many famous temples. There are bikes at the resort for use freely but the neighborhood dogs kept chasing us. LOL. We ate outside as there were plenty of options for us to choose. If you want a quiet please, sleep well, feel safe, worth $$, this place is for you. "

"We stayed in May and the resort was in low season and the only guests. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are great. The shower was a bit run down, but other than that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Khaoyai. The resort is about 30 minute drive to the main national park so really good location. "

However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to...

"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."
