We stayed in May and the resort was in low season and the only guests. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are great. The shower was a bit run down, but other than that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Khaoyai. The resort is about 30 minute drive to the main national park so really good location.

Resort is overall great but no Wi-Fi

Great rooms, staffs are friendly, parnoramic view of surrounding mountains are great; the landscapes of the resort are lovely. But breakfast are not so nice - no brewed coffee and not variety, the room lacks Wi-Fi.

Good size room with large comfortable bed. There was limited choice for breakfast and no evening restaurant. The information suggested there were nearby restaurants, but this proved to be over 2KM away. As we had no car it was inconvenient. This resort is more suitable for people with their own car to visit attractions
