"Room was great"

"This property is dirty. The room smelled horrible. And overall it was filthy. The towels were small thin and hardly useable for a shower. We asked for a late check out but still they heavily knocked over and over. The staff was kind but overall this hotel is very dirty and run down. "

"Great hotel! I booked an accessible room for my wheelchair, and the room was anything but. I’m wondering if I missed an option to select a mobility accessible room, as this one was mostly for hard of hearing/vision impaired guests"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. One of the friendlier staffs at that level of non mom and pop I've seen in awhile. My room was super clean the hallway could have used some work near the elevator but the room was amazing for the price. The kitchen setup was great. Location isn't bad there's a target publix and academy sport like 2 min away without having to get on a main road plus several places to eat. It's a little older propert but not to bad and the ac units seem newer and the furnature and fixtures don't seem to be too old"

"Not up to satisfaction. The tv only had 4 channels to watch. Lock on door failed ,they fix it but when I went to check out lock broken again which I told the woman at check out. If I didn't have the metal door stopper in use housekeeping was busting in my room. I didn't ask for them and I wasn't checking out till morning. I was napping when I heard the door pop open. Will definitely be rethinking coming back. "

"The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. Cleaning staff was nice and efficient. Air conditioner was excellent. Over all a mid level place to stay for a decent price."

"Everything was great when we checked in. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was actually very good. The breakfast area was actually very nice and clean. Will stay again at this location if I come back to Florida."
