Room was extremely clean. The Staff was friendly except for the breakfat person who could not smile. The breakfast was alright. As a vegan it was very limited. The A/C was efficient and was not not loud like in other hotels.

The admissions staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to change rooms, but the staff was extremely helpful during the process. I've always stayed at this hotel when I'm on a trip. One thing I will say is that the rooms could use an upgrade. Our housekeeping attendant Neka was amazing, but there's no way you can keep a hotel smelling fresh when there's a much-needed upgrade.
