「There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality. But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place. My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable. Also I was so frustrated with slow elevators,poor breakfast,and more than anything,rude...
