I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia.

Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!

Nice, quiet facilities good location, small facility They only serve breakfast. No bar or lounge. If if you want big rooms, perfect location, I rented a suite so it was like an apartment. Only thing is you have to provide your own paper towels, Kleenex.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, el desayuno es aceptable pero tuvimos un inconveniente muy desagradable, un huésped de otra habitación entró a la nuestra a la 1:45 de la mañana, porque el recepcionista del turno de la noche por error le dio una tarjeta equivocada. Ya estábamos durmiendo cuando de repente sentimos a alguien dentro de nuestra habitación, fue un momento muy angustiante y no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel. Deben velar por la seguridad de los huéspedes, solo nos dijeron ay que pena y ya como si nada. Es preferible pagar un poco más y no exponerse a este tipo de cosas.
