「立地とサービスは良いが、ホテルの建物が古い。シャワーの水圧がとても弱く、熱いお湯が出ない。お湯の温度はいつもぬるい。」

「Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients.
The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good.
The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.」

「Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner,
The property is not well kept.」
