「Im very please with the property, food was great staff was great. But i fall inside the bathroom was very slippery and it was nothing to hold on to it. I hurt my back and my head was crack open. I told the front desk and all he said is send a review Im glad I was there with my mom and she help me. I cant imagine if it was my mom who fall in there. They don't have a handy cap reel or nothing. 「Very nice place, modern throughout, large rooms fully equipped living room and huge king size bed. Tricky to get hot water working in shower complicated faucet but shown how by staff. Great breakfast with onsite chef for omelets. Pool with rooftop bar very nice. Great value!」
「There are numerous Sercotel properties in Colombia,last year I stayed in Bogota Plaza Summit then really satisfied with its quality.
But compared to Bogota Plaza,Torre de Cali was tortally dissapointed and I will NOT recommend anybody to stay this place.
My room was premier room on 11th floor,announced as the best category of this hotel,but it was nasty old space and hot shower frequently unavailable.
Also I was so frustrated with slow elevators,poor breakfast,and more than anything,rude...
