Overall the facilities are good. My room was silent and well equipped. Location convenient if you need to stay in the southern part of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Two issues: scratches on the room floors and malfunction of the phone. Could never contact the front desk by phone.

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn Cali is amazing. I can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness that members of the staff show all the time at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping . Alexis, Juan Sebastian Maria Isabel, everyone was fantastic. The food at Aguamar Restaurant is excellent and the rooms are very clean and comfortable I definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Cali.
