「Prompt and kind attention」

「スタッフの応対が丁寧であった。日本語を話すスタッフもおり、玄関での応対にもにこやかに日本語で「おかえりなさい」と言葉かけしてきた。ショッピングの情報では舞踊衣装の製造業者を教えたり、日本でも有名なコーヒーGeishaを変える店の紹介を受け、目的道理の成果を得られた。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も野菜料理が完備していて美味で、毎日たべても飽きないように品数を入れ替えていた。施設はどこも清潔て゛快適だった。」

「When we arrived we decided to wait while eating for our room to be ready. We were told they had a ready menu that consist of X and Y. We ordered from this menu since we were starving. Despite it being "ready" it took them 20 minutes to bring our food and that was only after I'd inquired about it. The pasta I ordered was the hardest I've ever eaten and you can tell by the crust on top that it'd been sitting under hot lights for a while. My wife's dish was worst. The rice tasted nothing like that...

My only concerns were that when we arrived the power was out across the facility for hours. I was surprised that the property did not have a generator.
