"We loved our vacation at the Blue Lake Casino! Our room had a balcony, was spacious, beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant as well as the deli. Great chefs! The casino was a blast! "

"Just needed the room for a night. We checked in right before bedtime. The room was clean, comfortable. Got up showered and left. It's just what we needed. The pool was covered and seemingly not available for guest use. Didn't matter to us. But if anyone's thinking about going there and using the pool I would call ahead first."

"I had a problem reserving an accessible room online using a third party website so I just booked a regular room hoping it would be easy to switch rooms if I arrived to the hotel early. When I arrived in Arcata I called the hotel toninq the front desk informed me they couldn't help me so they transferred me to They transferred me to customer relations where they informed me they couldn't switch rooms for me because I used a third party site to book the room. So when I arrived at the hotel I explained my issue and she immediately switched my room. The young lady behind the counter on June 17 in the evening was my hero. I wish I remembered her name. But I couldn't believe the run around BW gave me when I called but it did evenrually work out."
