I AM 6 foot 4 inches.The rainfall shower was set at a 6 foot standard height. I understand the installation instructions from China say to set it at 6 feet; but guys we live in North America, supervise the plumbers and tell them to set the showerhead at 7 feet when you have the space. Otherwise GREAT.

We loved wondering around the L and looking at the art collection. Such a beautiful and unique boutique hotel! We will be back...

Don't expect any communication with the staff. The front desk wasn't staffed during any of the five days we stayed at any time. Messages via the Expedia app were ignored. Daily room service is not available. The hotel does not have a coffee shop/cafe, dry cleaning/laundry services, Concierge services nor a restaurant as advertised. Website says the checkin time is 3PM; however a same day email note says 4PM. The washer and dryer were both broken and unusable. The shower faucet handle fell off multiple times. The bathroom fan was broken. The location in the neighborhood was excellent.
