"The shuttle ride up to the onsen is a treat in itself - beautiful views of Japans incredible landscapes. The staff are incredible. The welcoming experience was the best we’ve encountered. We enjoyed a private onsen and were awed by the beauty and peacefulness of it. The food was so fresh, exquisite and filling! The attention to detail from prepartion to serving of meals is unmatched. We really appreciated the patience of the staff to help us understand how some items are to be eaten. The hotel itself is older and could use some updates. However, it is a gem and we hope to come back on our next trip to Japan."

"Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building. Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. Happen to stumble upon a cosy McDonald’s when I was exploring the area near Ina park where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! There is a direct bus to the Takato Castle Ruins at Inakita Station. See the bus timing chart. Hotel was like a resort with a very nice public bath. The room is spacious, comfy with the usual Japanese standard toilet & bath."

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. "I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"

"Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend"
