We don't visit the room unless required, but my office is right out front of the building, to the left of the big red doors. Check-in and check-out there!

Convenience stores, ATMs (international at 7/11 near JR Nagai Station), post office, cafes, restaurants, izakayas, supermarket, all within walking distance!
Everything is close together on a comfortable quiet street!

Less than 5 minutes on foot from Nagai station to N ° 5!
Easy access to city sights and major transport hubs, including Shinkansen and Kansai International Airport.

You can enjoy all of Osaka and Kansai from this apartment!
And if you head to Tokyo,
you need to transfer only once: right onto the bullet train at Shin-Osaka!

Luggage may be stored prior to check-in or after check-out at no charge.

[House Rules]
So that everyone can have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay I ask for your cooperation with the following:
*Check-in is generally from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM
*Check-out is generally at 12:00 PM
(In some case, it's upon consultation)
1. No smoking in our apartment (it can cause fires, too!).
2. Quiet hours start at 8:00 pm. So as not to inconvenience neighbors and other guests, within the shared corridor & room please be careful of noise-level (loud voices, TV, etc.)
3. Do not use the room for any other purpose than accommodation. Do not bring visitors.
4. Guests cannot bring the things below into the apartment:
[a] Pets, animals, or birds etc...
[b] Gunpowder, volatile substances, oil, or other flammable things
[c] Things that emit foul odors
[d] Large-looking or very heavy things
[e] Firearms, bullets, swords, drugs, stimulants, etc. or any other illegal substance or object
5. Store cash and valuables in the apartment at your own risk; we cannot take any responsibility for them, even in the event of loss of theft.
6. The apartment cannot be used as an office or sales office.
7. If you lose or damage your room key, you will be charged accordingly:
[a] 20,000YEN for lost keys (I will have to change the locks!)
[b] 5,000YEN for damaged keys
8. Equipment, furniture, and fixtures
[A] Please do not use them original other than the intended use
[B] During your stay, if you have presented the bill from the front, please pay each time.
9. it's available, Children under 13 years of age can be accommodated.
*But we have not the discount prices for kids.

Room Rate are the same price for adult and child.
