"Was informed at check-in that there was no hot water, but if it was not fixed there would be a discount. It was never fixed and there was never a discount. We also had to pay event parking prices, even though the nearest event was 12 blocks away "

"Spacious rooms; Spacious and clean lobby. Spacious place for breakfast, adequate variety of options. Clean bed and linen. Couch was comfortable. In the room where I stayed, there was no microwave but there is one in the lobby. Carrying food to the lobby just to heat up was something I never did in any other hotels. Apart from this, everything is great at this hotel. Parking is a bit expensive but given the busy location it was reasonable."

"Booked for room with queen bed. Upon check in was told there were no such rooms available (even though I had booked and paid for such a room several weeks before). Had to take a room with two double beds. Check in staff said the fault lay with Expedia. Odd."
