"We were unable to check in to our room before an event in the evening (way after the check in time) because there weren't any rooms cleaned. After repeated attempts to check in, we had to resort to dressing and getting ready in the lobby bathroom. For compensation we were only given a single breakfast ticket for the room. Multiple people were getting ready in the same lobby bathroom as there was a lot of people who ran into the same issue. When asked where to park in the meantime, we were directed to the parking garage but weren't told you'd need a key to enter through the hotel, which we didn't have yet because we weren't able to check in until after our event. Leaving us walking outside to get into the hotel in the rain. "

"The valet parking was very helpful as was the bellman. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, very good variety. Also being shuttled to the concert was a plus. "

"We used the skywalk system to get to the concert because the weather was cold and rainy. This service is wonderful and works great. However, hotels need to upgrade the mapping of the skywalks to make it more user friendly and helpful for their customers."

"We were able to check in a little early without paying a fee. Staff was very nice. There was no hot water though throughout our entire stay. Front desk was aware and stated they had someone coming out to fix it but next day, it was still not fixed. Not the staffs fault hot water was broken but definitely not ideal. The room also didn’t have AC so it was 75 in our room the entire stay. Thankfully, our room didn’t face he sun and it wasn’t hot out so we could crack the windows. When we checked out we got 50% reimbursed for the no hot water issue, which was nice. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because it wasn’t really what pictures had shown and the parking ramp behind the building doesn’t have a skywalk connecting, so we had to walk in the pouring rain with all of our stuff. "
