Hotel less than 10 mins walk from the railway station, very easy to find. Check in friendly & quick. Room as described, bathroom was small but absolutely fine for my needs. Breakfast was great, good choice & quality. The room is small so patience is required whilst waiting for others to serve themselves. Bars, restaurants, shops & attractions are all very close. The location in this beautiful city was perfect.

Beautiful and clean hotel just opposite to IRCAD Strasbourg. Excellent staff and facilities including Gym, Sauna, Spa, Swimming pool, and fab restaurant. Highly recommended!

If I were able to give 10 I would. BRAVO BEST WESTERN for not deviating from your excellent standards across Europe. Each and every BW we stayed in had the same excellence. Here are the hilites for this hotel: -Friendly, multilingual and very responsive, superbly considerate and kind staff. Tremendously welcoming Reception. Helpful and collaborative would be an understatement. - Extremely close to the train station, 5 mins tops! - Reception area is well designed. A wet bar, and a lot of sitting room, lemon water, cake available if you need to wet your throat. - Great breakfast !! - I would stay at this hotel again and again.. Thank you.

The least I expect from any hotel is to be able to control the room temperature. I followed the instructions on the thermostat as I wanted the room to be more comfortable and not so cold. I then went to bed expecting it to work, it did nothing to increase the temperature and I was cold most of the night. I did not call reception as I did not want someone coming to the room at that time. Next day I was told the hotel heating was OFF and offered a fan heater. This is not acceptable let alone from a supposedly 5 - star hotel. I asked for a room rate reduction and got NOTHING. Needless to say I will not be returning. Other bad points - 35 Euro breakfast must be the most expensive ever (I did NOT try it) - so for two that's 70 Euros. I had a good 2 course evening meal for about the same price (NOT in the hotel of course). The Jacuzzi was only just warm enough and so not really as expected. The staff were helpful in other respects but they need to get the basics rights. Location is good although if using Uber you have to walk the last part with your luggage.

Staff was not helpful when trying to check in or out. The staff refused to allow any new guests to check in prior to the 4 o'clock stated time causing a traffic jam of guests at the desk.
