「Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least.
On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.」
「Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund. 「The basic facilities appear to be ok. However, they need to work better on their food.The quality of the food is not good enough, and you do not get value for your money. Despite my complaint, nothing was done about it.」

Well manner staff
I was looked after as I thought it was not safe.
I was wrong it was safe and clean.
But I think the generator is at night only.
Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom.
I was out during the day so hey fine by me.

「From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!」
