「The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room.」
「Ist of the address they have on file take you to a horrible place and then qas taken to a noise free location and then the room i was given dont have AC fridge wasn't working no wifi no customer service i had to call n complain before was moved to another room and then the room look okay but the bathroom was horrible looks deserted n abandoned Phone line wasn't working please don't waste your money going to this place」
