「I usually don’t write reviews but this guest house got me writing one. This guest house obviously advertised what they wanted people to see on Expedia. No one could be found during check out including receptionist, the place was empty. The security guy was asleep that we left without hun knowing, making the security of the place questionable. 」

「You displayed a hotel on your website available for booking knowing full well that the hotel does not accept online bookings anymore, getting to the hotel for checking in and the hotel Receptionist rejects the booking saying they do not accept online bookings anymore. 「I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. 「I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...
