"The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. The food is GREAT and I usually do not eat from the restaurants at Nigerian hotels, but I was ordering like crazy at the palms. Try the grilled chicken with spaghetti and fried egg - amazing. The host was responsive anytime we had a question. The security guard was also very helpful for quick errands, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Ebeano supermarket is quite close. So is Atlantic mall where we went bowling. For the price, it was more than a bargain. Having 2 rooms for 4 adults was quite convenient. If the host attends to the minor aspects we raised, future guests are in for an even better experience. If you live in the west, the neighborhood might be a bit unusual at first, but we had no problem taking a strolll around. Uber rides are easy to get.
