Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stay in about 30 to 40 hotels each year for either work or leisure. This was by far in my top 5 worst experiences. This hotel’s AC is either broken, or they are incredibly cheap and won’t run it. I found out after checking into my room that not only are the rooms incredibly tiny, they do not have a functioning AC unit. 1st, they tried to act like this was news to them. Said they would get an electrician to look into it the next day since they were already gone for the day. As I began to walk away, another hotel guest began yelling at them at the desk saying FIX THE AC and that it had been 2 days and he can’t sleep. I turned back around, went to them and said “oh so this is a building issue and you just pretended you didn’t know with me?” Their solution? To give me a tiny fan that barely blew any air. The next day I complained again, and their new solution? To have me switch rooms, to which I found out the thermostats they have in the room? Pointless. They don’t work, that the entire building is on a fixed temperature controlled by the building. What a bunch of liars and deceitful people. Here France was getting a huge heatwave, we spent good money to be here on vacation, and they wouldn’t lower the AC. Every night sleeping was miserable and I’d wake up in a pool of my own sweat because they only had a DOWN COMFORTER to sleep under. Not even a sheet! Do not trust this place, they are sketchy. Très bel hôtel boutique, propre et bien situé. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, en plus d’une grande porte-fenêtre qui s’ouvre en petit balcon!

What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,

Great location and beautiful property.

Vintage hotel, very clean and the staff were helpful and nice. The location is ideal for walking around the Promenade. The ocean view was memorable.
