「The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. 」

「This was an old plantation home that has been renovated. It has a lot of charm and is well kept. Many of the old house details have been preserved. There are beautiful grounds and an event space. The owners of 13 years live upstairs and the wife is lovely. She gave us the history of the area and wine/apps on our arrival. If you are in the area, would recommend a stay!」

「The property was eady to find, provided a great get away, totally private and relaxing, yet only 15 minutes to downtown High Springs. It was pet friendly which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend for a getaway and to unwind.」

「They have a $50 deposit in Addition to the room charge. We were told it wouldn’t be charged if room left ok but we were charged and it took a couple days to return it to us. Breakfast was kind of sparse. I wouldn’t stay there again. 」

「Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle.」

「Bed mattress was too soft. Room was clean but should remove carpet from bedroom area since they allow pets. It flared up our allergies. The rest of the area had nice luxury vinyl flooring. The staff were very friendly.」

「We rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were infested with roaches. When we complained to the night manager, she was very nonchalant with her attitude and just asked for the keys back while saying they just had pest control come out!」

A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.」

「Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place.」
