Old Quebec Funicular

Hotel was in a perfect location inside Old Quebec. Room was clean but but very small. Queen bed, bar fridge, good size bathroom with a walk in shower and tv. Breakfast not worth the price. Very basic and ran out of supplies on the last day of our stay. The hotel did refund our breakfast charge gladly for that day. Parking garage for a fee 1 minute from the hotel, very convenient. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again due to location.

Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were a good size and modern. Would stay here again for sure.

The staff was amazing and helpful, however for a 5-star hotel, there was some issues I didn't expect with cleanliness such as dust, the carpet having multiple loose threads hanging out of it, a window missing a screen, and shower that did not function properly. The location is wonderful as was the afternoon tea and Thomas our hotel tour guide was wonderful.
