The property was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and accomodating. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe. Great location if you want to have some distance for the super touristy parts of the city. Close to shopping and restaurants, Plains of Abraham.

Cannot beat the price and location. Quadruple room was really spacious and clean.
Only thing to improve is the main entrance lock. You have to push really hard to type the code.

The room was very modern and comfortable. My complaint is that the hotel did not warn us that a big street festival was happening and the roads around the hotel were all closed. We ultimately had to phone for directions to access the rear entrance. We received help with our luggage from 2 employees.
Next we found that the instructions to access the indoor parking lot were inaccurate, and the key card to get in the garage did not work.
Not sure that I would stay there again.
