Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was good, clean area, plenty of dishes and glasses. We ate late, near the end of the breakfast time and food was still fully stocked, fresh fruit. Automatic coffee machines with various options. The little plane-ticket room numbers was a clever touch, nice aviation artwork as well.

It is a older building. That absolutely could use a little bit of updating but the price reflected. The building was clean, The staff were phenomenal. I was able to speak English, French and Spanish. The breakfast was a fantastic value for the money. Couldn’t be happier.!

This is property is not on my list of places to recommend. It is way overpriced for what it is, which is a dated and not very well maintained or clean hotel. When I got to my room there were hairs in the bed when I pulled back the sheets and the overall condition of the place is not the best. When I spoke the the girl at the front desk about the bed not being clean she acted as if it was not big deal and never apologized or commented. She just handed me the receipt and went back to work. Very disappointed

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Clarion Pointe Quebec Airport. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was consistently well stocked throughout the morning. A special thank you to Marie, who worked incredibly hard to keep the breakfast area organized, clean, and fully stocked. She was constantly refilling the food and making sure nothing ran out, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room smelled bad and we had to go down to the lobby 4 times cause the card for the room never worked. The card wasn’t working again the next morning when we came back from breakfast. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, we were happy about that.

The hotel definitely needs updating as its dated carpets in the hallways are stained and smell. The room we booked had an overwhelming urine smell which I complained about. Hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t give me another room. The staff were on but didn’t speak English very well so we had some problems communicating. Breakfast was only upside as it was ok. Continental breakfast actually had sausages and scrambled eggs which was a nice touch. Also have a Waffle maker but it wasn’t working properly. I wrote a message to hotel manager about the urine smell and never heard back. Overall I give this a 3 out of 10 rating and wouldn’t stay again.
