This recently remodeled first-floor condo is the perfect coastal getaway, located directly across the street from Old Orchard Beach. With one bedroom and one full bathroom, the unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room.



The eat-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The condo is tastefully decorated with modern coastal finishes and includes high-speed WiFi and Hulu TV for your convenience.



Guests will also have access to a coin-operated laundry area on site and one dedicated parking space.



Located just an 8-minute walk to the Pier, Palace Playland, restaurants, and shops, this home offers an ideal location for enjoying the best of Old Orchard Beach. Everything is within walking distance — no need to drive once you arrive.



Please note: This unit is near active train tracks that run through Old Orchard Beach and East Grand Avenue. While most guests find it a minor part of the experience, some noise may occur, particularly at night.



Also note: We do not provide beach towels or beach toys. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.

Pictures are very deceiving of this property. It was located in the basement of a multi unit building. I would also classify this location as a studio as there is no separate bedroom. It is one open room. The location was not very clean and there was a pair of undergarments left in plain sight from previous visitors. The only positive about this property is the great location to the beach and pier.
