"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure."
